CloudConnexa: How to move a Cloud ID from one subscription to another

Overview

This article explains how to move a Cloud ID from one subscription to another within the same account to share licenses across tenants using the Multi-WPC features with Shared-Subscription enabled. 

Important Note:
Resellers and MSPs using CloudConnexa can't share a subscription across multiple tenants.

Steps to move a Cloud ID

1. Sign in to the CloudConnexa account as Owner.
   
2. Go to profile settings > My Subscriptions.
   
3. Find the subscription containing the Cloud ID you want to move.
4. Once you find the Cloud ID, click on settings and choose Move to Another Subscription.
   
   
5. Choose the target subscription from the list and click Move.
   
6. The Cloud ID will appear under the subscription selected in Step 5.
