Description: Use this procedure to control which Google group members can authenticate with CloudConnexa using SAML. Only users in the selected Google group can access the SAML application.
Step 1: Select your SAML application, then open User Access.
Step 2: Under Service Status, select Off for everyone, then click Save.
Step 3: Return to Apps and verify that the service status is Off for everyone.
Step 4: Open User Access again. For the Google group you want to allow, set Service Status to On, then click Save.
Step 5: Verify that Service Status is On for the selected group.
Test and Verifications:
Connect your remote computer to CloudConnexa and authenticate with Google as your identity provider (IdP). Only users who are members of the selected Google group should be able to authenticate and connect.
