- Sign in to the CloudConnexa administration portal at https://cloud.openvpn.comhttps://myaccount.openvpn.com/.
- Access Settings > User Authentication and click Edit.
- Toggle Two-Factor Authentication 2FA on.
- Click Update and then Confirm.
Once two-factor authentication is enabled, users are required to install an authenticator application on a mobile device. The authenticator application is then used to scan a QR code and receive a code for authentication.
