OpenVPN Cloud: Download Invoice & Invoice History for OpenVPN Cloud

From your account, click the drop-down arrow of your profile at the top-right corner and click Subscription.  You will be directed to the OpenVPN Cloud Billing Portal.

Once there, go to the Payment Details tab, then click Invoices and download the invoice you want to open/save or print.
