If you would like to change the current email address of your OpenVPN account. Log in to the Support Center using the email address associated with that OpenVPN account. Once logged in, submit a Support Ticket from the Support Center.
In Addition please provide the following information:
- Provide the current email address associated with your OpenVPN account.
- Provide the new email address that you would like to replace it with.
- The reason why you need to change your email address.
Once your email address has been changed you can log in using the same password or in some cases it is recommended that you reset the password using the "Forgot Your Password" Option on our website.
