CloudConnexa: Can there be more than one owner of an CloudConnexa account?

No, There can only be one owner of an CloudConnexa account. However, you can add multiple admins and change user roles from a user to an admin.

Admin can perform the same action as Owner, except Admin doesn't have access to Billing information.
