Solution:

1. Defined domain of your Network Connector under OpenVPN Cloud Portal>Network. Subnet and Domain. (for example connector01.location1.example.com)
2. Create a DNS record for this domain. OpenVPN Cloud Portal>Settings>DNS>DNS Record. ex. Domain: connector01.location1.example.com and its equivalent assigned VPN IP.
3. Test your connectivity from remote VPN users to Network Connector using domain via ssh or RDP.
