Access Server has 2 models. The Fixed Licensing Model and the new Subscription Model. If you wish to change the email address for your OpenVPN Account, the steps to do so would be different for each Model.
Changing emails for the Fixed Licensing Model:
- Know the account email where your License Keys are placed under.
- Make sure that the new account email is registered before making the request for an email change. If your new account email is not registered yet, you may register here.
- Create a support ticket using the original account email requesting to transfer your existing license keys to the new email.
- Our team will make the transfer for you and give you the confirmation through the ticket you created for the initial request.
Changing emails for the Subscription Model:
First, you must make sure that the new email is NOT REGISTERED. The process is similar to that of OpenVPN Cloud. You may then refer to this guide here.
