CloudConnexa: Private LDAP Authentication (Active Directory) Use Cases

Description: The customer is using Active Directory and would like to use it for User Authentication in CloudConnexa via Private LDAP.

Cause: After the configuration, getting an error of "Cannot reach LDAP Server. Check your LDAP Server parameters and that LDAP Server is connected to VPN"

Resolution: The first step should follow the below documentation to configure CloudConnexa using Private LDAP User Authentication.

With field below is the default set in Active Directory which you need to input in CloudConnexa:

Username Attribute: sAMAccountName
UserGroup Attribute: memberOf
Email Attribute: mail
First Name Attribute: givenName
Last Name Attribute: sn
