Description: The customer is facing an error "Signature verification failed" when connecting to the OpenVPN client.
Cause: The IdP Metadata XML that was uploaded in the CloudConnexa which is related to the certificate is either incorrect or the validity of the certificate is expired/not valid.
Resolution: (Option 1) The downloaded Metadata XML from GSuite should try to upload thru 'Manual Configuration' of 'IdP Authentication Endpoint' and 'IdP X.509 Public Certificate' from CloudConnexa > Settings > User Authentication > Edit > SAML(see below of sample screenshots)
(Option 2) Check the validity of your GSuite Certificate from your SAML setting(see sample screenshot).
