Description: The customer faces an error "app_not_configured_for_user" when connecting to the OpenVPN client or signing in to CloudConnexa User Portal.
In the below example, the customer trying to use the username "email@example.com"
Signing in via OpenVPN Connect client:
Signing in thru CloudConnexa User Portal:
Cause: The username that trying to sign in has no permission to be part of the SAML app created in GSuite.
Resolution: (Verify the username which has permission or belongs to the group of the SAML app created in GSuite.
You can check by going to your GSuite Admin Console > Apps > Web and mobile apps > choose the created SAML for CloudConnexa > User Access(see below of sample screenshot).
In the above example, the "VPN" group has permission to use the SAML app created, double-check who's users belong to that group by going to your GSuite Admin Console > Directory > Group > choose "VPN" group > Direct Members(see below of sample screenshot).
