Access Server: 2.11.1 Upgrade failure on RHEL Clone Versions (AlmaLinux and RockyLinux)

Description: While attempting the upgrade to 2.11.1 on RedHat Enterprice Linux (RHEL) clone versions such as AlmaLinux and RockyLinux, you could receive this error:

file /usr/local/openvpn_as/lib/python/pyasn1-0.4.8-py3.6.egg from install of openvpn-as-0:2.11.1_f4027f58-1.el8.x86_64 conflicts with file from package openvpn-as-0:2.11.0_794ab41d-1.el8.x86_64

If you do, please follow the below instructions:

+ Remove the "openvpn-as" and install it again using the below commands:

yum remove openvpn-as -y && yum install openvpn-as -y

After this, your OpenVPN Access Server is upgraded and up and running.

Note: The above solution won't remove your existing configuration, so you are safe to run it, but we recommend making backup before executing these commands.
