Our business products and services use the OpenVPN protocol for network access. Some regions in the world place restrictions on the use of VPN technology, including the use of OpenVPN protocol. These restrictions may be of a legal and/or technical nature. Unfortunately, we cannot assist in overcoming these restrictions. In some cases, it may be possible for you to request an exemption from the relevant regulatory authorities.
Here is a list of regions that we know of with known issues:
- Belarus
- China
- Egypt
- Iran
- Iraq
- Myanmar
- North Korea
- Russia
- Turkmenistan
- Turkey
- United Arab Emirates
It is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that your use of VPN is legal in your region.
