This article shows you how to modify Access Server billing information from our website portal.
- For an invoice to be valid, it should contain complete details, especially for account purposes.
- You can control what information your invoices show through your OpenVPN account.
Only the account Owner can access billing and invoices, modify existing subscription license keys, or purchase and renew fixed license keys.
Modify billing information
- Sign into the Access Server portal on our website.
- Click Activation Keys.
- Click the Billing Address tab.
- You can modify the name, company, address, email address, and contact information.
- Once you are done making the necessary changes, click Save.
After that, you can download the invoices from the Invoices tab.
