How to know which Access Server is losing the connection (after getting an email alert)
When your Subscription is activated on multiple servers, you may receive email alerts telling you that one of your Access Servers has stopped reporting to the Tracking System.
You may find that there is no indication on which Access Server has stopped reporting. At the moment we don't have a feature to identify the exact server that triggered the alert but our team is working on possible solutions for these cases.
We recommend you log in to your account alerted (that would be the email account that received the alert) and check on Subscription Details to see if the right number of servers is being reported. If the right number of servers is reported, then no actions are needed.
If you identify a Server is missing, check on all your servers using your User Main Subscription for the following:
- A Server is down
- Network connectivity issue
- Hardware changes that led Access Server to the regeneration of Server ID value
