Access Server: SESSION ERROR: Your session has expired, please authenticate (9007)

Description: 

You encounter an error message stating "SESSION ERROR: SESSION: Your session has expired, please authenticate (9007)"

Cause:

A session error or authentication error has occurred on your Access Server

Solution:

Restart the openvpnas service by running this command on your Access Server Terminal

service openvpnas restart

If the issue still persists please reboot your Access Server. 

If you continue to receive the SESSION ERROR please open a Support Ticket and attach your servers logs.
