Access Server: Supported Metadata Version with OpenVPN Access Server Instance Deployed in AWS

Description:

We only support metadata version 1 and that should be available without any tokens. Because if you use version 2, then it can be the reason of some tiered licensing issue in which, the concurrent license count will revert back to default which is 2 concurrent user. AS instance must be built with metadata version 1.
